Pre-view Rental Search
A very effective search tailored for those that have the ability and confidence to view properties themselves but have limited time and need to ensure their viewings are of the highest quality.
What we can do…
- Initial assessment and research will be undertaken in line with our ‘Primary Rental Search”.
- Following discussion of shortlisted properties with your employee, the consultant will undertake pre-viewing on their behalf. This includes checking the suitability of property in line with your employee’s requirements, as well as the immediate location. Digital photographs will also be taken for your employee’s reference.
- A detailed report will then be compiled for your employee’s consideration, and following further discussion, a full viewing schedule and itinerary will be arranged on their behalf.
- When a suitable property is identified, Beswick Relocation Services will provide support throughout the application process, including lease negotiations, obtaining necessary certificates, monitoring agents and keeping your employee informed right through to check-in.
